Puerto Rican Day Festival

Congressman Charles Rangel joined State Assemblyman Keith Wright and Councilwoman Inez Dickens recently, in congratulating Puerto Ricans at their 54th annual parade which stretched from 54th Street to 86th Street on Fifth Avenue. "I join the 100,000 members of the Puerto Rican community in my Manhattan district and over 4 million stateside Puerto Ricans in celebrating their exciting culture and heritage of the beautiful island," Rangel said.
